Every Tri-County CAP area is supported by a wonderful Contact Office Staff. Homeless Programs in Lebanon is very lucky to share our space with Angel. This wonder woman handles HUNDREDS of calls a week for fuel and electric assistance. She also provides referral and information for the Upper Valley. By the end of the winter heating season, she will be party to giving away over $500,000 in government aid to low-income households! At Homeless Programs, we call Gordon our "floater" or "utility man", He can do Fuel Assistance or Outreach, run the shelter, or decorated a shop window - all in a pinch and on call. Every program should have a Gordon! and NO, you can't have ours.
