The Lancaster Thrift Store (under the management of Tri-County CAP's Homeless Programs) is named in honor of Tyler Blain, our comrade in the War on Poverty. Homeless Programs works together with the Lancaster Community Contact Office (CCO) to deliver an array of services under one roof, while providing the community with an affordable, pleasant re-sale experience. Profits generated support the Tyler Blain House Homeless Shelter. Our goals are...

*electronics of any type (basically, if it has a plug, we can't take it)
