Yes folks! that's right! we have a WIN! - Tri-County CAP will be administering a portion of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009  (stimulus money) for some of those experiencing homelessness or precariously housed in New Hampshire's North Country.

Anyone from any agency, shelter or hospital can complete the REFERRAL sheet below and email it to HOUSING WIN! or fax it to the office (443.6151) for review and assignment. If you have questions please call 443-6150.

 Provide assistance to rapidly re-house those who have been discharged into homelessness from:

  • Drug/Alcohol Treatment
  • Hospitals
  • Penal system

*so long as the stay was UNDER 180 days

Assist participants in On the Job Training Programs in maintaining stable housing. Those who qualify for funds through track B are enrolled in;

• Workplace Success Programs
• Other program that meets similar goals

Secure housing for persons living in Shelters (Homeless or Domestic Violence)

The following MAY be available to those who meet the criteria in the above tracks:

• rental assistance,
• security deposits,
• utility deposits,
• utility payments,
• storage unit cost,
• motel or hotel vouchers MAX 28 days (if a unit has been secured, but is not ready),
• rental arrears if participant is still in home,
• case management,
• landlord mediation

NOTE* Not all households will qualify for all assistance. It is done case by case by need. In ALL cases, household MUST EXHAUST ALL OTHER RESOURCES and be able to support the unit once it is occupied within 1-2 months. ___________________________________________________________________________________________

STEP 2 - Complete the referral form below and email to tccaphousingwin@gmail.com or fax to 443-6151 - at this time an Outreach Worker will be assigned to the case.

Meet the Housing WIN! Staff (under-construction)

 Carrie Laflamme
Carrie grew up in Coos County where she still lives. She worked for Northern Human Services for 8 yrs aiding those suffering from mental illness in developing daily life skills. She studied biology health and science at Stephens College in Missouri. She taught the forensics profiling unit in college for 2yrs. You can find her always hiking or snowshoeing every winter and fall and she just adopted a abused kitten named Copper Shakespeare da Vinci.

Annie has a BS in Criminal Justice and is a certified Paralegal. She has extensive case management experience, Strong advocate for those that she serves.
She has been working in social service and human services field since 1990. She is the proud mother of 3 human children, her dog Moosey and their foster fish Homey-less. She has also been a developmental home provider for various consumers since 1991. Her nickname in her community is"Annie Fix It."
